As SoHHA gets underway, we are very very pleased to be starting our series of SoHHA Sundays this week with Lisa Norman. Lisa is a certified Universal Tao Associate Instructor and Universal Tas Chi Nei Tsang Practioner, and will be bringing her worldwide knowledge to SoHHA with her Nourishing the Wheel of Change workshop. The session will run from 1.00pm – 4.00pm, guiding us to hold yin and embrace yang with Chi Kung. The practise will also include easy to learn conscious deep sleep meditation, and self massage techniques to transform stress into vitality. The workshop is aimed at adults and no experience is necessary. All SoHHA activities take place in the main dance studio at Impington Village College, New Road, Cambridge.
