We have had a steady commitment to our education work since day dot.  Through a holistic approach to creative learning, we believe that everyone from 0 – infinity, should be given the opportunity to establish a solid foundation of knowledge and skill.

All SIN Cru tutors are DBS checked, hold insurance cover, and adhere to our Child and Vulnerable Adults protection policy.  SIN Cru workshops are structured with musical accompaniment, and where applicable are mixed specifically by celebrated DJs.  All mix CDs are available to buy, and examples of lesson plans are obtainable upon request.

We can’t wait to work with you and offer an engaging range of outreach possibilities across music, dance and visual arts;

  • creative
  • performance based
  • technical
  • thematic

on one offs, to short, or longer term projects.

To add staple to our healthy and ever expanding diet of outreach contracts, we also deliver Participate! our ongoing youth, community, and professional development programme.  As an extension of Participate! in 2000, we launched SoHHA, nee CHHW.  This is the ever popular, intensive festival of Hip Hop arts.  A full timetable of masterclasses, workshops, and Hip Hop entertainments, all culminating with the Urban SINfonie evening of international dance battles.  For more information on the SoHHA series, please check our dedicated blogspot .

To stretch and broaden individual potential, we have designed two Further Education strands;

  1. 1999 welcomed the birth of the JNR Sinstars.  This hand-picked collection of dedicated young artists are provided with creative and technical advancement in a stable and encouraging environment, up to the age of 16yrs
  2. eOTo is a Youth Apprenticeship programme to enable young people between the ages of 16 – 26yrs old to gain experience of working in the creative industries, through administration and development of a specific arts practise.

We are proud to have shared our wealth of experience with many diverse learning settings, including Abbey Meadows, Arbury Primary School, Bodywork Dance Studios, Cambridge City Council, Cambridge University, Centre School, Chesterton Community College, Chichester University, Classworks Theatre Company, Cottenham Village College, Greens Health and Fitness, Hazlitt Youth Theatre, Heatham House, Huntingdon Youth Centre, Impington Village College, Living TV, Maidstone Borough Council, Meadows Community Centre, NAYT, Newnham Croft, Octagon Studios, Parkside Community College, Saffron Walden County High School, St Matthews Primary, The Croft Children and Family Unit, The Junction, The Place, The Spinney, Trouble TV, U.Dance, YDE
