mindfulness in motion

This SoHHA Sunday is lead by Dr Michelle Nyangereka to bring a sense of inner peace and conscious awareness for life improvements.  The Dr will introduce mindfulness as a practise not restricted to sitting crossed legged, by suggesting ways we can bring the techniques into our daily lives.  The Mindfulness in Motion workshop is an opportunity to leave the kids at home and spend some time focussing on yourself, your physical sensations and emotions.  For more info head over to the SoHHA festival blog.  To register, or if you have any questions, email: director@sincru.co.uk
